Chesley's Current projects

Chesley Paige Phillips is actively leading three dynamic organizations—each with a distinct purpose, but united by one mission: to protect, educate, and elevate the beauty and wellness industry.

🔹 Nails, Skin & Hair of America, LLC (NSHA)
Focus: Continuing Education Compliance & Licensing Support
As an approved Continuing Education provider with the South Carolina State Board of Cosmetology, NSHA continues to offer approved continuing education (CE) classes for professionals in Nail Technology, Esthetics, and more for over 29 years!
Current Projects:

  • Hosting CE classes through Webinar
  • Launching online Continuing Education )CE) courses 
  • Organizing the 30th Anniversary Trade Show & Conference 

🔹 Chesley Paige Phillips Productions (CPPP)
Focus: Advanced Education, Certifications & Methods of Teaching Program (45hrs. for your instructor's license)
CPPP offers certification programs in Ayurveda, Massage & Bodywork, Esthetics, and Nail Technology. It also supports the development of licensed professionals gaining their instructors license through its Methods of Teaching Program.
Current Projects:

  • Expanding Ayurvedic Classes at The Relaxation Room
  • Offering the Reflexologist ProgramHands, Feet, Facial, Auricular, & Full Body.
  •  Providing compliance consultations for salons and schools 

🔹 Salon Professionals Alliance, LLC (SPA)
Focus: Advocacy, Legislation & Public Protection
SPA is dedicated to protecting licensed professionals and the public through education, awareness, and legislative action.
Current Projects:

  • Advocating against deregulation in South Carolina
  • Launching the Client Membership Program to engage supportive consumers
  • Meeting with legislators to address licensing enforcement, insurance requirements, and advanced practice standards
  • Building the “Protect the Profession” Pledge Campaign

Together, these three organizations are creating meaningful change—through education, regulation, and advocacy. Chesley’s leadership continues to push for a stronger, safer, and more respected beauty and wellness industry.

Our Certification Programs

We offer a variety of programs designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of our students. From Iridology to Reflexology, our programs are designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the field of Bodywork Therapy.

Our Educational Director

Chesley is an experienced and dedicated teacher who is committed to helping students become certified in their interests. With over 35 years in the industry, she is passionate about teaching in the Spa Arena and is always looking for new and innovative ways to help students learn.
