CLINICAL ESTHETICS TRAINING SERVICES In SC, currently, any services being performed that go below the stratum germinativum, aka basal layer (the bottom layer of the epidermis) MUST be performed in a medical practice or in a salon setting, with a physician on site during the service. We want to change that. Here are a few classes that we provide under Clinical Esthetics Training.
